Academic entry requirements

  • A level

    For entry in the 2018 academic year the grade ranges for Law (M100) are AAA-AAB excluding General Studies and Key Skills.

  • International Baccalaureate 
    M100 (34-35 points overall).

  • Mature applicants
    Other factors including your career history will be considered. Mature applicants are normally required to hold a recent academic qualification to demonstrate that they will be able to benefit from the course. Offers are not normally made without a prior interview.

An offer of a place outside of these requirements may be made at the discretion of the School of Law. Please see further information on other UK and international academic entry requirements.

English language requirements

If your previous education was not taught in English you may need to provide evidence of your ability to study a degree course taught and assessed in English. Please see further information on English language requirements and accepted qualifications.
