Address changes

If you change either your Reading address or your permanent home address, you must let us know so we can update your student record:

You can update your address by using the RISISweb portal, or by: 

Undergraduate students: visiting the Helpdesk, Carrington Building.

Postgraduate students: visiting the Helpdesk, Carrington Building, your Faculty Postgraduate Office (if you are a Taught Postgraduate), or the Graduate School Office (if you are a Research Postgraduate).

It is vital that you keep us informed of your up to date Reading address. Please also keep your mobile phone details updated since we may need to contact you urgently.
