Would you like the chance to meet or stay with a British family?
HOST UK is a voluntary organisation that the University of Reading is subscribed to, they can provide you with the chance to meet or stay with a British family for a day or a weekend.
A HOST visit will be an interesting and valuable addition to your experience of Britain. It is a unique opportunity to get away from the campus and out into the community; to meet British residents and find out more about the everyday life of this country by sharing it for a short time.
HOST visits are free, the University of Reading pays the application fee directly to HOST UK but you will need to pay for your own travel costs to get to the host location.
