Welcome to the Staff Forum - Representing Staff on Grades 1-5

The Staff Forum was created in early 2014 to ensure opportunities for staff to hear about and discuss matters that affect their working experience.

  •  Meets on a termly basis
  • Comprises of Employer and Employee Representatives
  • Employee representatives are encouraged to bring ideas, questions and concerns to the meetings. We can challenge the management on staff related matters.
  • Takes an active role in discussing and seeking practical solutions
  • Employer representatives update the forum with matters that affect staff and reply or act upon any issues raised.

We will shortly be running a recruitment campaign, new members are recruited at intervals. If you are interested in swelling our ranks please contact us as we are sure to welcome your interest.

Highlighting the EAP

EAP is the Employee Assistance Programme which is currently run by Confidential Care and provides a wide range of personal services to staff. This can be used by all staff and close family members. The service they provide covers Debt, Legal, Personal problems of a general nature, manager support as well as a counselling service.  Check them out so you know what is offered. If you cannot see what you would like to see give them a ring or use the Live chat facility.

PAS and Beyond

The PAS review is now complete.  The new structures and staff positions have been confirmed. We now enter a period of settling in to the new processes and methods of working and efforts are being made to smooth this process and address any problems.
