Welcome to Reading. I am delighted that you have chosen to join our University, which has an international reputation for excellence in research. We are committed to high standards in the training and career development of our Research Staff. Our Research Staff are central to the success of our institution.

Your well-being whilst at work is a significant part of our Human Resources Strategy. So, in addition to the support you will receive from your research team, your Principal Investigator, and your Department and School, we have a number of administrative staff who are dedicated to making your career at Reading as productive as possible.
