Strategic Programmes

The Strategic Programmes team:

1) Facilitate the development and delivery of long-term research and enterprise strategies for priority research areas that represent strategic growth opportunities for the University. Providing strategic, business and project management support to senior management endorsed research and enterprise opportunities.

2) Stimulate and manage relationships with strategic partners from business and research in order to significantly grow the University’s research income and reputation through key initiatives. Providing professional leadership and support to development of long-term strategic relationships.
