Terms and conditions for individual CPD applicants

In the case of an individual's application a contract will not be put in place.  However a document covering Terms and Conditions should be provided and this could include issues such as:

• What is included in the course fee eg refreshments, course documents etc.
• Candidate/applicant's responsibilities
• Payment information
• Cancellation charges
• Course changes
