Using a Smartphone or your own computer
The readlingLive service is provided by Microsoft. Your account with them is called your LiveID and will either be <username>@live.reading.ac.uk or <username>@live.henley.com e.g ab123456@live.reading.ac.uk The password for your LiveID is different to the one used to access the UoR systems such as Blackboard so you need to manually reset your LiveID password before you configure your email client or smartphone.
If you want to use a smartphone or your own computer you must
- First manually sychronise your University username and password with Microsoft as show in the readingLive Password Reset.
- Once you have reset your password follow the instruction in readingLive Email Client Setup or readingLive Smartphone Configuration
