Forwarding email
Forwarding mail is handled differently in readingLive to how it has previously been managed in webmail.
Important!
IT Services are unable to migrate your existing forwarding rule from www.mailopts.reading.ac.uk
To access this service from within readingLive:
- Click Options
- Select See All Options...
- Select Forward your mail from the list of Shortcuts on the right
- In the section marked Forwarding enter the address you want mail forwarding to.
- Click on Start Forwarding
If you have a problem with forwarding email, please contact ITS-Help@reading.ac.uk and we will investigate further.
