'Open House' Carrington Room 104, Monday to Friday between 2pm and 4pm during term - face-to-face or by phone...
We have an 'Open House' every weekday between 2pm and 4pm during term-time. Just drop by Carrington Room 104 for a cup of tea or coffee and a chat. There will be at least one, sometimes two Peer Supporters available to talk to. If you prefer to talk one-to-one that's fine - we can find somewhere to talk confidentially. You can also ring us on 07545 422 612 during this time, and talk on the phone, or arrange to meet and talk face-to-face.
'Flop-in & Relax' - Mondays and Thursdays between 12 and 2 during term, Carrington First Floor Landing...
This is a very friendly and informal social gathering - just drop by to chat, or vent, or find out more about peer support. If you would like to talk confidentially, a peer supporter will be happy to find a private place to do this, or you can arrange to meet up one-to-one at a later point.
