About us

We're here to help if you're finding any mathematical topic difficult during the transition to University study.

We're a drop-in service which is available for help with any mathematical topic you need for your studies: eg basic arithmetic, percentages, formulae, logarithms, differentiation, integration, etc. Our experienced mathematicians can help you with any problems you may have, and build your confidence in a relaxed and friendly environment.

How to find us

We're on the first floor of the Main Library, Whiteknights. Turn left at the top of the stairs, then left again - we're next to the IT help desk.

When we're open

A maths tutor is available every day during term time, from 11 to 5pm (Monday to Thursday), and 11 to 4pm (Fridays). During vacations, a tutor is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 12 to 2pm. Just drop in - no appointment needed.
