Statistics
Expertise on statistical computing, including use, programming and application of statistics software is provided by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
They have produced getting started tutorials for staff and students at the University for Minitab, SPSS, Genstat and SAS. These can be downloaded from a Blackboard organisation and worked through in your own time.
For further information on accessing these tutorials, other computing tip sheets and if you require more detailed statistical advice, go to the Statistics Packages Tutorials page.
Note that there will be no more statistical computing packages booked sessions, and that Statistics advice is not given in the regular Drop-in-and-Learn sessions.
