The aims and objectives of all the ITS Training courses are given below. These are usually 2 hour training sessions (unless otherwise stated), offering a mix of hands-on experience with staff guidance, support and illustration.

Statistics
Expertise on statistical computing, including use, programming and application of statistics software is provided by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
They have produced getting started tutorials for staff and students at the University for Minitab, SPSS, Genstat and SAS. These can be downloaded from a Blackboard organisation and worked through in your own time.
