Web Support

The Web Support Team is a central University resource. Its role is to provide technical support to staff and students who create and maintain University web sites, and use virtual learning and assessment tools (e.g. Blackboard). The team does not manage the design or content of the web sites, but helps users to use web technologies. Support can range from an answer to a single question through to delivering project outcomes.

If you require help with the Blackboard learning environment, please refer to for answers to common questions.

If you do not find an answer to your question, or require more substantial project support, please contact ITS Help with details of your requirements. Requests will be passed to the Web Support Team for action and follow-up. You can expect an initial response to your request within 24 hours. For more substantial projects, you will be given an estimation of what kind of support can be offered and when.
