IT Services offers a wide range of facilities and support services to the University and these are listed in our Service Catalogue. The range of services offered is agreed annually with the Advisory Group for IT Services, which comprises representatives of all Faculties and Directorates and meets termly.

ITS Help is the first point of contact for all service requests, fault reports, computing queries and student training bookings.

Our services are divided into five broad types::

Our services to students are described in the " Making the most of ... " guide which they receive with their University Username and University Campus card when they enrol. This guide contains essential information about IT Services, Library, Careers, Study Advisors and the S@iL.
