Services Catalogue Information, what is it and why publish it?

A services catalogue is a list of services that IT Services provides to our colleagues and customers at the University of Reading.

Each service within the catalogue typically includes:

• A brief description of the service and how to access it
• Who is entitled to request/view the service
• Enhancements & Costs (if any)

This is intended to help improve knowledge within the University of Reading of the range of services we provide and to help you, the customer, get more out them.

 

IT Services provide specialist IT Consultancy on subjects such as Governance, Policy and Strategy as part of our remit of service to the University.

 

The Standard range of services offered is agreed annually with the Advisory Group for IT Services, which comprises representatives of all Faculties and Directorates and meets termly.

The Enhanced services are discretionary and are by agreement with the customer.
