Drop in & Learn for staff and students offers a flexible way of getting help and advice with IT training.

Taught Courses & Training Notes:

A wide range of Taught Courses & Online Training notes are available from Training section of the IT Services website.

Support for Departmental IT Staff:

IT Services run the IT Supporters organisation, holding frequent events during term time and an annual conference, to advise & assist Departmental Staff.

 

ITS Help Team:

  • IP Address Registration & Management
  • ITS Status Updates
  • Ticket Management

Workflow Management:

Use of the Remedy system to manage ITS Help tickets and project workflow throughout the University & all IT Supporters.

Registration Services:

IT Services register account for the following types:

  • Group (multiple users)
  • Guest
  • Staff
  • Student
  • Visitor

Enhanced Services:

Hourly Paid Work:

IT Services can provide specialist IT Support & Consultancy upon request

Desktop IT Support:

IT Services can provide specialist Desktop IT Support upon request 

Enhanced Systems Support:

IT Services can provide specialist Systems Support upon request

Enhanced Web Support:

IT Services can provide more detailed Web Support upon request
