Anti-Virus software and what you need to know
Viruses and Worms are propagated over network connections and are detrimental programs which will attempt to install themselves on your PC.They can have various purposes such as sending email to other people to pass the infections on, to deleting files in order to stop programs working or documents from opening. Some can allow complete remote control of your PC.

This software must be removed once you leave the University or you will be in breach of licence and Sophos may take legal action against you.
