Obtaining your network addresses from your PC

For office machines running Microsoft Windows Vista/7:

  1. press the <Windows> key and 'R' together

  2. In the Open: box, type 'cmd' then click on OK

  3. At the command prompt type 'ipconfig /all' and then press <Enter>
    All of the network addresses including your IP address (if you have one) and hardware/Ethernet address are displayed in this window.

  4. To finish type: exit <Enter>
