Content Contributors

Further to what is described for Information Providers, a Content Contributor is someone given permission by the Sub Administrator responsible for an Area of the website.  A Content Contributor is normally a member of staff of the group concerned.

Once appointed, Content Contributors will be given Training and Support to  provide appropriate content (Development and External Affairs Office - DEAO) and in how to use Activedition (by IT Services).

The responsibilties of Content Contributors can vary from being responsible for just the text of one paragraph of one page of the website, to having  responsibility for maintaining the content of a whole area of the University website.
