Multimedia Loan Equipment Service
Presentation and recording equipment is available for loan on campus, for academic purposes only. These are made available on a first come first served basis. All items are normally loaned for a maximum of two days and are subject to availability and the conditions below:
- All bookings must be made through an email request to its-help@reading.ac.uk and must come from a valid University of Reading email address.
- Students must complete and Equipment Loan Request Form for Students and hand it in on collection of the equipment.
- The borrower accepts responsibility for taking reasonable care of the loaned equipment. The borrower's department may be held liable for its replacement or repair if reasonable care is not taken.

Delivery
Items should be collected between the above times, delivery can be arranged with prior agreement.
Conferences
For conference activities, equipment is booked and charged through Venue Reading Home.
