e-Research Open Meeting 2009
An open meeting on e-Research at the University of Reading was held on Weds 17 June in the 1L06 in Agriculture. This year we focused on what users have achieved using e-Research technologies, with the bulk of the presentations being from users. We will also be giving update on the developments in this area in the last year.
We define e-Research as the development and application of ICT to advance research across the whole range of academic disciplines, including what is commonly called e-Science.
The slides and programmes are available from last year's e-Research Open Meeting - June 2008.
