Accessing Secure Agresso Web Services
You must have registered and enroled a mobile device for remote access (Step B) in order to authenticate correctly.

On your PC or tablet, open a web browser of your choice and go to http://www.reading.ac.uk/securewebs/agresso. This site will detect whether you are on campus or connecting remotely and redirect you to the appropriately. You can bookmark this link for easy access.
Please note that the current version of Agresso (U4BW) does not work properly on iPads and iPhones. IPhone and iPad users may have problems approving requests on their devices. This is a known bug in Agresso. Other devices have been tested and work as expected.
If you are on campus and connected to the University network you will be sent directly to https://agresso.reading.ac.uk.
If you are connecting remotely, you will be sent to https://agresso.secure.reading.ac.uk. You will briefly be redirected to the University's federated login page. If you need to authenticate, you will be asked to enter your IT Username and password.
After you have clicked "Sign In", you will be asked to perform the multifactor authentication.
Once you have entered your username and password and clicked "OK", the web server will ask Duo to send a "Push" notification to the mobile device you have enroled. Please check the Duo mobile app on your enroled mobile device for this request and approve it.
When you have approved the request on your mobile device you will be presented with the Agresso login page.
At this point you can simply log into Agresso as you usually would. Once you are logged in to Agresso the standard Agresso permissions will apply.
