Applicants, students completing enrolment, and past students

If you have not yet arrived at the University to start your course, or if you have not completed the last stages of enrolment, or if you have now left the University, you should be using your student number and date of birth to log in.  Your student number is eight numbers long. Sometimes you will see that number in another format, eg SPR 17012345/1: the student number in this example is 17012345 and you ignore the /1 on the end.

When you enter your date of birth you must enter it in the format ddmmyyyy.  For example, May 22 1988 would be entered as 22051988.  Do not include slashes, letters, hyphens or other characters, and always put the year in full.

On the second screen you will enter either a temporary security password, or a password which you have set up yourself.  You will see a reminder to the right of that box to help you to remember that password.  This second password protects your personal data as it can be simple to find out a student number and date of birth.  You will only ever use this second password on the second screen of the RISISweb portal.

If this doesn't help and you still can't log in, please fill in the form below and click on Submit to send us a message: we will reply to you as soon as possible.
