Accessing RISIS

Staff and students generally access RISIS via the web. For more information about the RISISweb portal please use the link on the left.

Some staff with more specialist roles, such as admissions, also have access to RISIS via their desktop, known as 'client server access'; this access is enabled only after attending one of our training sessions.

Staff who wish to be connected to the RISIS database should book onto the RISIS Introductory course, using the Centre for Staff Training and Development (CSTD) website or use the link on the left.

Introductory courses and more specialised training sessions on using RISIS are held at regular intervals throughout the year. For further information, see the  RISIS Training Sessions page.
