Applications

Students from every discipline are welcome to all standard modules, provided they do not clash with other lectures and seminars. Attendance is paramount for successful language learning, so, regrettably we may have to turn down applicants with unavoidable timetable clashes.

How to apply

Taking a language with IWLP as part of your degree (for 20 credits)?

  • If you are in the first year of your course (Part 1 or PGT) - Select your language through online module selection, you will receive an email (please be patient it may take a while) with instructions on how to progress your application. Once you have received your email log back into the student portal and declare your prior knowledge.
  • Returning students (Parts 2/3 and 4) - please discuss with a support centre how to change/add your module choices.

Taking a language with IWLP but not as part of your degree (as non-credit) ?

  • Click on your language of choice and complete the application form and placement test (if applicable).
