Mr Mark Taylor

Mark joined the ICRC as a Research Associate in February 2011 to work with Dr Libby Schweber and Professor Martin Sexton on research into the retrofit of social housing and the ongoing development of energy regulations.  This is an international collaboration with colleagues from the Copenhagen Business School and Ecole des Mines in Paris.  The aim is to understand the conditions enabling the development, uptake and diffusion of specific elements within Europe.

Mark has an MSc in Renewable Energy from Reading, and also works as a volunteer for Low Carbon South West, conducting research and promotional work. By promoting the latest techniques and technologies through conferences, seminars and associations, it is hoped that projects will gain momentum and add to Bristol's growing reputation as the Green Capital of the UK.
