Miss Whitney Bevan

Whitney joined the ICRC in February 2011 as a Research Assistant to work with Professor Martin Sexton and Dr Tim Lees looking at the diffusion and impact of microgeneration technologies in new housing.  Whitney is particularly interested in the long-term challenges posed by sustainability (climactic change, the depletion of non-renewable energy resources), and the potential opportunities afforded by microgeneration technologies and other forms of renewable energy as a sustainable energy resource.  Whitney has an MSc in Renewable Energy from Reading.
