Dr Graeme D. Larsen
Having gained a BSc (Hons) in Building, Graeme moved into industry working for international contractors. This allowed him to gain experience in different aspects of site and project management. Following this, Graeme undertook a PhD at the University of Reading looking at innovation diffusion.
Graeme joined the Innovative Construction Research Centre as a Research Fellow in early 2005 working on The Big Ideas research project and has published research concerning innovation diffusion, competitiveness and socio-technical change. He is a Lecturer in Construction Management and lectures undergraduates in management, construction project management, strategy and empirical studies. He is also School Director of Postgraduate Research Studies.
Graeme's research interests include the interconnectivity between actors and social systems, innovation diffusion, socio-technical change, branding and the use of interpretative research techniques.
