What is your research about?
I am based in the Design Innovation Research Centre in the School of Construction Management and Engineering. My current research interests include the intersection between Technology and Professions in the context of Project-Based work. The main focus will be on studying the use of digital technologies in large construction projects and the effect that digital technologies have on the profession of architecture.

Why did you choose the University of Reading for your PhD?
I chose Reading because of its historical good reputation of academic excellence and the fantastic research opportunities it provides, particularly with industrial links. I was pleased to know that it was the first British University to incorporate an Industrial Research and Development Group on its campus back in 1972.
I used to live in Edinburgh but I am getting to know my way in Reading now and enjoying the proximity to London.
