A framework for improving building operating decisions
What is your research about?
The research explores the challenges and needs of energy and maintenance management practices for large buildings, such as office buildings and university campuses. The scope of the research includes three case studies, a web-based questionnaire and the development of a tool to help facility managers make energy and maintenance management decisions about their buildings.

Why did you choose the University of Reading for your PhD?
I decided to pursue my PhD at the University of Reading because of Dr. Abbas Elmualim's expertise in facility management and interest in the use of action research as a method of inquiry.
