Certificate in Obesity Management - Application

There are a limited number of places on the course and demand is expected to be high, therefore priority will be given to applicants who:

• work for the NHS or provide NHS services within the South Central SHA
• can demonstrate that they will be able to use the skills obtained on the course
• have the support of their employer or practice
• apply for the course in conjunction with other health care professionals, (e.g. General Practitioner and Practice Nurse from the same surgery) as a team, to take forward obesity management services

The application form asks you to demonstrate how you meet these criteria.
