Funding

Funding for postgraduate study is available through two main sources the AHRC (Arts and Humanities Research Council) and the ESRC (Economics and Social Research Council). In addition the University itself offers a few postgraduate studentships across all disciplines. The Faculties of Arts and Humanities and the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences offer a few awards on a similar basis, although candidates will also be expected to apply for external awards.
