Guest tickets

You are guaranteed two guest tickets for the Great Hall if you register to attend your ceremony by the published deadline. Guest tickets are free of charge and will be posted to you, along with further details about Graduation, approximately 4 weeks before your ceremony.

Graduating students do not require tickets for the Great Hall.

Extra tickets

You can request extra tickets when you register. Seating in the Great Hall is extremely limited but any extra tickets which are available will be allocated on a first come, first served basis two weeks before Graduation. We will contact you to let you know if there aren't any extra tickets available.

Video Relay

You can bring as many guests as you like to the London Road campus on the day.

Guests without tickets for the Great Hall will be able to watch the ceremony live on big screens in a nearby room.

If you or a guest has a disability or mobility difficulties

Please indicate when you register if you or one of your guests has a disability or mobility difficulties and we will contact you to discuss arrangements for the day.

If you are graduating and use a wheelchair or have mobility difficulties, we can arrange a temporary ramp for access onto the stage – please let us know if you will require the ramp by the end of April (for summer Graduation) and by the end of October (for winter Graduation).
