Researcher development programme

The Graduate School’s skills training is provided within the Reading Researcher Development Programme (RRDP).

The RRDP offers a wide range of sessions, development workshops and activities designed to help you to gain the skills you will need to carry out your research professionally and effectively, and to be successful in your on-going career.

Engaging with the training programme is an important part of your development as a researcher; it will help you carry out your research and fill in any gaps in your generic and professional skills.
