There is a new scheme available to overseas students applying for a PhD in the department: Santander Academic Achievement Scholarships. This scheme offers a £5000 one-off payment to PhD students who are able to demonstrate academic excellence. To be eligible you must hold an offer from the University of Reading. This scheme is open to applicants from Brazil, Mexico or Colombia. The closing date for applications is 30th May 2014. Further information and how to apply

The University of Reading is offering 20% discount for Brazilian PhD students! If you are intending to spend a research period at the University of Reading, and you are funded by CAPES or CNPq, you have 20% discount on your fees! Read more about this funding opportunity.

Funding is available through application to the University of Reading Research Studentships in Arts and Humanities

We are delighted to be part of the South West and Wales Consortium (SWW DTP), a doctoral training partnership awarded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC). For more information about this scheme, please see SWW AHRC DTP Studentships.

For International Students:
