Working with business and the public sector

The Department of Film, Theatre & Television has two major enterprise activities which interact with business, industry and the public sector.

Black Box^TM

Black Box is an innovative training workshop developed by the department with applications for:

• professionals charged with the protection of children and young people.
• business people working in communications, marketing and recruitment.

Video production

The department draws on its skills and resources to produce training / promotional videos for a range of contexts. Recent customers include Reading Borough Council and The Department of Transport. We use our strengths in research and teaching film to develop a more imaginative approach than you are likely to find elsewhere.
