Amendments to Bread and Flour Regulations
The Government has issued the Bread and Flour (Amendment) Regulations 1996 (SI 1996 No 1501). They amend the Bread and Flour Regulations 1995 (SI 1995 No 3202) so as to remove the controls on the use of enzyme preparations in the manufacture of bread.
