The September 2002 edition of the Food Standards Agency Food Law Guide is now
available.
The Guide is a comprehensive document that codifies all relevant EU and UK food
legislation. It provides explanatory notes and overviews of different food law
areas, covering topics such as composition and labelling, chemical safety, food
hygiene and the control of foodstuffs.
This publication is only intended as a general guide. For definitive information you must consult the appropriate Act, Order, Regulation or Code of Practice.
