Controls on Imported Fishery Products, Live Bivalve Molluscs, etc
The Commission has adopted the following relating to imports from certain countries. They are all published in the Official Journal of the 14 October 1998:
- Commission Decision (98/568/EC) of 6 October 1998 laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery and aquaculture products originating in Guatemala
- Commission Decision (98/569/EC) of 6 October 1998 laying down special conditions governing imports of live bivalve molluscs, echinoderms, tunicates and marine gastropods originating in Tunisia
- Commission Decision (98/570/EC) of 7 October 1998 laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery and aquaculture products originating in Tunisia
- Commission Decision (98/572/EC) of 12 October 1998 laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery and aquaculture products originating in Cuba
As a result of the above Decisions, the Annexes to the following (which list the countries subject to special conditions) have been amended to include the countries mentioned:
- Commission Decision (98/571/EC) of 12 October 1998 amending Decision 97/20/EC establishing the list of third countries fulfilling the equivalence conditions for the production and placing on the market of bivalve molluscs, echinoderms, tunicates and marine gastropods
- Commission Decision (98/573/EC) of 12 October 1998 amending Decision 97/296/EC drawing up the list of third countries from which the import of fishery products is authorised for human consumption
