Fishery and Aquaculture Decisions
The following Decisions relating to fishery and aquaculture products have been published in the OJ (see OJ L190, 4.7.1998). The first one listed repeals the emergency controls introduced following the outbreak of chloera in East Africa:
- Commission Decision (98/418/EC) of 30 June 1998 repealing Decision 98/84/EC on protective measures with regard to fishery products from or originating in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Mozambique and amending the health certification for fishery products originating or proceeding from Uganda, Kenya and Mozambique
- Commission Decision (98/419/EC) of 30 June 1998 amending Decision 97/296/EC drawing up the list of third countries from which the import of fishery products is authorised for human consumption
- Commission Decision (98/420/EC) of 30 June 1998 laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery and aquaculture products originating in Nigeria
- Commission Decision (98/421/EC) of 30 June 1998 laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery and aquaculture products originating in Ghana
- Commission Decision (98/422/EC) of 30 June 1998 laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery and aquaculture products originating in Tanzania
- Commission Decision (98/423/EC) of 30 June 1998 laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery and aquaculture products originating in Falkland Islands
- Commission Decision (98/424/EC) of 30 June 1998 laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery and aquaculture products originating in Maldives
