Our letter dated 19 April referred to the European Commission’s ad hoc working group meeting where details of the further assessment process for certain Article 13 health claims were discussed.
I am writing to inform you that we have now received information regarding the procedure for submitting new evidence and the deadlines for doing so; the Commission’s documents are attached to this letter for your information.
We have contacted separately those interested parties who submitted the UK claims listed in the spreadsheet, asking them to confirm whether they wish to submit new evidence.
