CLAIMS – Draft Regulations on authorisation of claims for submission to Standing Committee

For your information, please find attached two draft Regulations which have been tabled for a vote at a meeting of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health scheduled for Friday 20 February. The first is a draft decision on the authorisation of claims submitted under Article 14 of Regulation (EC) 1924/2006 and the second is a draft decision on the authorisation of claims submitted under Article 13(5).
