FSA Consultation Letter, 14 April 2009
This FSA letter is requesting comments on a draft Commission Regulation which consolidates Directive 2001/15/EC and its amendments and introduces into the Annex certain substances which have recently received positive opinions from EFSA.
This document will be put to a vote at the meeting of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health on 27 April 2009.
