ADDITIVES - Opinions on Draft Commission Directives relating to Purity Criteria

1. Amending Commission Directive 95/31/EC laying down specific purity criteria concerning sweeteners for use in foodstuffs (Document SANCO/0855/2001)

The draft Commission Directive amending Commission Directive 95/31/EC laying down specific purity criteria concerning sweeteners for use in foodstuffs (document SANCO/2001/0855) was adopted by unanimity subject to linguistic corrections and with the date of 30 June 2002 in Article 2.

2. Aending Commission Directive 95/45/EC laying down specific purity concerning colours for use in foodstuffs (Document SANCO/0862/2001)

The draft Commission Directive amending Commission Directive 95/45/EC laying down specific purity criteria concerning colours for use in foodstuffs (document SANCO/2001/0862) was adopted by unanimity subject to linguistic corrections and with the date of 30 June 2002 in Article 2.
