CONTAMINANTS – Council discussions: Maximum residue levels for certain substances in or on certain products

The following is an extract from the minutes of the Foreign Affairs Council Meeting on the 6 May 2021:

The Council decided not to oppose a Commission regulation amending annexes II, III and IV to regulation (EC) no 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for acequinocyl, acibenzolar-S-methyl, Bacillus subtilis strain IAB/BS03, emamectin, flonicamid, flutolanil, fosetyl, imazamox and oxathiapiprolin in or on certain products (7848/21, 7216/21 + ADDs 1-2).
