ORGANIC FOOD - Council Discussions: Application date of the amendments to certain production rules for organic products

The following is an extract from the Minutes of the Foreign Affairs Council meeting on the 25th January 2021:

The Council did not raise objections to the approval of a delegated act amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/427 as regards the date of application of the amendments to certain detailed production rules for organic products in Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 (5363/21).
