CONTAMINANTS - Council Discussions: Maximum residue levels for chlordecone in or on certain products

The following is an extract from the Minutes of the Foreign Affairs Council meeting on the 25th January 2021:

The Council decided not to oppose the adoption of a regulation amending Annex III to regulation (EC) No 396/2005 as regards maximum residue levels for chlordecone in or on certain products (5229/21, 14013/20+ ADD 1-2).
