The following is an extract from the Minutes of the Foreign Affairs Council meeting on the 25th January 2021:

The Council decided not to oppose the adoption of a regulation amending the annexes to regulation (EC) No 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs as regards food allergen management, redistribution of food and food safety culture (5137/21, 13069/20 + ADD 1)
