Summary

In July and October 2018 the FSA consulted stakeholders on proposed changes to the UK’s health and identification marks, which must change when the UK ceases to be a Member State of the EU. The new form of the marks has been fixed in a Statutory Instrument, The Specific Food Hygiene (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 and the FSA are taking steps to communicate changes to stakeholders.
